Who we’re looking for

The TFS-BTS Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Delivery Manager, Marketing Technologies. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee technology delivery to assist in TFS Marketing group initiatives. They will oversee the work of 5 contingent IT contractors.

This person will understand both the data foundation of Digital Marketing consumer platforms, paired with a working knowledge of marketing activities like digital/social media campaigns, leads generation, cross channel communications and customer retention programs. This role is responsible for capturing customer data analytics on toyotafinancial.com, in support of marketing program optimization.

A successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience with technologies supporting lead generation, loyalty campaigns and analytics, preferably experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud/Adobe Audience/Adobe Campaign Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

What you’ll be doing

Provide production support & project delivery for the Marketing Business Units Develop marketing technical roadmap. Effectively capture both the BTS and Marketing roadmap goals and objectives and create tactical technology plan.
Provide technical guidance to Marketing business partners via knowledge of the capabilities/constraints of the applications supported and business processes Oversee technical team as required for all projects impacting the Marketing area Act as an internal consultant providing guidance on complex projects and research strategic planning matters
Ensure cross-functional resolution of application support issues Work closely with the PgMO, BSA CoE and QA CoE to ensure standards of Projects and System Enhancements are met and delivered Develop ongoing communications with application vendors to ensure understanding of future direction, new technologies, and identification of new opportunities What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS

Experience managing large and small scale implementations and business enhancements into existing digital marketing technology applications and infrastructure SME level experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud/Adobe Audience/Adobe Campaign

Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall

Past leadership of a small vendor IT outsourced staff
