  • 3 years Desktop Experience

  • Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating System

  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, tablets and similar computer workstations

  • Experience supporting peripherals such as printers, document scanners, barcode scanners, etc.

  • Experience supporting iPad and iPhone devices

  • Experience with productivity software including GroupWise, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • Familiarity with incident and service request tracking systems

  • A+ Certification is preferred but not required
