The Appeals Coordinators will take inbound calls on a queue from members and providers regarding their appeals. The Appeals Coordinators will send out acknowledgment letters via email faxes as well as through the mail. The Appeals Coordinators must practice excellent customer service while speaking with customers as well as multi-task through various databases.
