The Sales Intelligence Analyst will be based out of San Jose, CA, USA and report into the Global Sales Center of Excellence Organization.
The Sales Intelligence Analyst will build reporting and analyze data related to Merchant Sales and Operations to increase sales, growth, and engagement.
This individual is responsible for the data and insights that impact the overall productivity and effectiveness of Sales teams and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sales teams have the reporting and analytics needed to operate effectively.
Design, build, enable, and maintain sales-focused dashboards and scorecards targeted at executive level and functional areas using business intelligence applications such as Tableau, Microstrategy, and Salesforce.
Drive KPI’s, metrics, tracking methodologies, and data visualizations that provide insight into sales effectiveness and merchant journey.
Work closely with business partners globally to develop solutions that bring sales analytics into business processes.
Develop interactive visualizations leveraging a unified sales data infrastructure.
Continually improve reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for sales reporting.
Use data to help manage and identify business opportunities and issues.
Flexible and able to rapidly adjust to changing requirements and business environments.
