Job Summary

Coordinate logistics for outreach programs and administrative support to the Assistant Dean of Engineering and the Director of the Engineering Student Services Center

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics for summer camps and outreach activities for Asst. Dean.

Prepare grant info and reports for outreach and summer activities

Administrative support for ESS Director

Assist the Director in administrative activities for students on probation.

Managing reception activities for the ESS.

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the department or program being supported. Two years of experience in a related area or the equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PEOPLE SOFT, UT FLOW AND GRANTS ACCOUNTING, MICROSOFT ACCESS DATABASE SOFTWARE

MICROSOFT OFFICE, GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, ABILITY TO MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS, ABILITY TO ADAPT TO NEW REQUIREMENTS AND SITUATIONS QUICKLY.
