ELEVATE CREDIT SERVICE, LLC Team Lead, Quality Assurance in ADDISON, Texas

Elevate Credit Service, LLC seeks a Team Lead, Quality Assurance to develop software solutions for complex issues for all phases of the software development lifecycle and for development of long-term solutions; direct 2 QA Automation Developers and 2 QA Analysts to understand, test, and troubleshoot issues for company's software products; perform work with other developers and team leaders to develop test processes and strategies; write and execute manual test cases for system testing using standardized formats on multiple projects of varying size; maintain, organize, refactor, and execute functional and regression test cases in standardized formats; lead test cases and defect reviews; lead daily QA project team meetings; lead the implementation of team goals as set by the Manager/Director; and collect and report testing results and metrics to the QA leadership and project managers in daily status reports, metrics reports, and QA readiness reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-degree experience. Requires experience with FinTech, Nortridge Lending System, Provenier, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Microsoft Test Manager. Requires experience with SQL query and SOAP-UI. Requires experience testing online lending products on both web and mobile based platforms. Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-degree experience.
